Hello all! Since it is so windy today I have decided to keep my workout indoors! I was doing some surfing on
Pinterest and came across a
lower body workout that
doesn't include 1 squat!!! Sign me up! I have done a little "how-to" step by step set up for you!
Summer is going to be here before we know it and it is time to get your rear in gear! I know that I have a far way to go, but I am proud of the progress that I have made! Here is to a high and tight bum haha
